1  Main mechanical parts and mechanisms:

1.1 The fuselage adopts a three-beam and eight-column structure. The upper beam and the worktable are combined into a fixed frame through the column, fastening nut and adjusting nut. The accuracy of the frame is adjusted by the adjusting nut, which has good strength, rigidity and precision retention.

1.3 Slide block: steel plate welded parts with box-shaped structure. The material of the guide sleeve at the four-pillar guide hole is nano-molecular composite material, which has good resistance and precision retention.  There is a T-shaped groove on the lower plane of the sliding block to install the mold.

1.4 Upper beam: steel plate welded parts of box-shaped structure, with main working oil cylinder inside, and liquid-filled oil tank on it.

1.5  Workbench: Steel welded structural parts, which are connected to the upper beam and sliding block to form the main machine through the column.

1.6 Cylinder: It adopts six-cylinder design and is arranged in the upper beam hole. It is sealed with double-channel imported sealing ring. The guiding part is treated with welded copper, which is well sealed and has strong wear resistance. The material of the cylinder body is No. 45 forged steel, and the forging is 3  Grade (GB/13315-1991) forgings are qualified through ultrasonic flaw detection and quenched and tempered hardness.

1.7 There is an ejector device under the worktable, which is mainly used for ejection, material return and other processes, and can also be used for the forming process of reverse stretched parts.

1.8 Column: The material is 45# forged steel, after quenching and tempering, the surface is plated with hard chromium to increase the wear resistance and the hardness is qualified.

1.9 The material of the nut is 45# forged steel, which matches with the thread on the column to lock the body.

1.10 Limit device: Located on the right side of the main body, the travel switch controls the upper and lower limit positions. Adjusting the upper and lower limit switches means adjusting the up and down movement position of the slider.

2 Hydraulic system:

2.1、This machine has an independent hydraulic power mechanism composed of pumps, motors, valve manifolds, oil tanks, etc. The power mechanism includes various devices such as oil filtering and liquid level display.

 2.2 The hydraulic system adopts two-way cartridge valve, which has the characteristics of small size, compact structure, small flow resistance, large flow, sensitive action, reliable work, good sealing performance, convenient maintenance and long service life.  There is a secondary support system in the lower cavity of the main cylinder to ensure that the slider will not fall if a certain component suddenly fails.  The system is equipped with a pressure regulating valve to adjust the pressure in the upper chamber of the main cylinder.

2.3 The main oil pump is an axial piston pump with stable performance.

2.4 The oil tank is a steel plate welded structure, with oil indicators for easy observation of the oil level, and air filters, valve manifolds, etc. are arranged in an orderly manner above the oil tank cover.

2.5 The main hydraulic pipelines are connected by flanges and equipped with a reasonable layout of anti-vibration pipe clamps to prevent vibration and leakage of high-pressure pipelines. Pickling and passivation treatments are carried out before pipeline installation to ensure the cleanliness of the oil.

2.6 Pressure gauge: This machine uses an anti-vibration pressure gauge, which is not easy to be damaged. The electric contact pressure gauge always displays the pressure of the upper cavity of the main cylinder, and stops working when the set pressure is reached, which effectively plays a protective role.

2.7 Pressure safety: The cartridge valve has its own pressure adjustment system, and the pressure exceeds the set value to overflow and return the oil, so that the system is always kept within the set pressure and reaches the overpressure protection effect.

3Electrical system:

3.1 Equipped with an independent electrical control system, relay or PLC control system, using buttons for centralized control.

4Operating system:

4.1 Two modes of operation, adjustment and semi-automatic can be realized.

4.2 Adjustment (jogging): Operate the corresponding function button to complete the corresponding action, and each time the button is pressed to complete a jog of the corresponding action, it is mainly used for equipment adjustment and mold replacement.

4.3 Semi-automatic: Press the work button to complete a process cycle.

 (Semi-automatic action can also be set according to user requirements)

4.4 The stroke of the slider is adjusted by the stroke control device.

4.5 The pressure of the main cylinder is regulated by a remote pressure regulating valve.

5 Safety device:

5.1 Standstill and emergency stop button: When an abnormality occurs, press the “still” button to stop the action.  Press the “emergency stop” button, including stopping the motor.

5.2 The motor control part is equipped with thermal protectors, circuit breakers and other devices to protect the motor from overload and over-current short-circuit protection.

5.3 The control block of the lower chamber of the main cylinder is equipped with a slip-resistant falling device and a safety valve. The slider can be stationary at any position to prevent the slider from sliding down out of control.

5.4 Overload protection: The hydraulic system circuit is equipped with a safety valve. When the oil pressure exceeds the set value, the hydraulic system will automatically overflow and limit the pressure. The protection set value is adjustable to ensure that the compressor will not be overloaded.

5.5 Overpressure protection: The electric contact pressure gauge displays the pressure of the upper cavity of the main cylinder at all times, and stops working when the set pressure is reached, which effectively protects against overpressure.
